How about a post somewhere that lists who was banned recently and why?


(Brought on cuz I was surprised when reading a thread that Epidemic was banned).

i just searched and saw his last post - didn't see anything annoying/offensive or whatever have you in it, but I didn't read the others.

We dont like to ban our members, it is a last resort. Its not something we are proud of, so why would we to promote it with its own section?

Epidemic was already banned once under the name "richcam", he was warned many times under both handles.

Theres your reason right there... not only was he making posts that were out of line, but he broke rule 4 (http://toyotanation.com/forum/showthread.php?t=1779)

Any comments he made, if where ban worthy, would ave been deleted by the Mod or Admin who found the post.

This isn't government, we don't have to have remorse for anyone. If they fuck up, they get kicked out. End of story. It's not like they are going to die from not being on this forum. If they did something serious enough that the Admins think they are a disturbance to this community, then that is enough reason to ban them.

30 day bans wouldn't teach anyone anything. It's not like they would be hurting from not being able to post-whore for 30 days.


However we do have a week ban for confessed post-whores. They can admit and accept a one week banning as given by Ekam

Epidemic was warned more than 3 times on many different occasions.

99.9% of all posters don't have to even worry about being banned. And if you are worried, then just simply reread the forum rules and I'm sure you'll be just fine.
