Question about forum and emails?

Is there anyway to permenantely disable email responses so that I don't have to remember to click the button everytime i reply?

So you don't want email notifications everytime you reply to something? If that's the case, just go into your Control Panel>Edit Options. Then in the Messaging & Notification section, there's a drop down for Default Thread Subscription Mode. Simply select "Do not subscribe" from the drop down menu.
