this is more of a tip, for the 56Kers
go to your control panel, go to "edit options" and scroll down..
You have the option to show or hide various elements of messages, which may be of use to users on slow internet connections, or who want to remove extraneous clutter from posts.
Show Signatures
Show Avatars
Show Images (including attached images and images in [IMG] code
if you unclick "show images" all images posted will be shown as URL codes, so those "no 56k" threads, will be 56k friendly...
you can also turn off sigs if you're on 28k (you know who you are)...
this is also good for the WW threads, you can read about them, without having a 2000 x 3000 of a vagina on your screen..
