You should be able to get to them from underneath the car.. I don't know how the setup of the engine is, but I'm sure if you can see them from underneath the car, you shouldn't have a problem in getting to them!
All you need is an extension arem, and a spark plug socket (comes with a rubber molding on the inside to hold the spark plug)..
I don't know if you have a plastic shield underneath the car cause you might have to take that out if it's blocking you!
