I work at Circuit City and people come from Best Buy to our store telling us how big idiots they are (from just about every department). The BB is at the mall right next to the plaza that CC is in. We have a new kid in car audio now who used to work at BB (but not in car audio) and he told us basically they hire just about anyone and most the time the only knowledgable sales people are in the video section, because they need them to sell TVs.
So uh, shop at Circuit City*
*Circuit City is a money grubbing corperation but is smarter in the way that the operate.
