Hi, 1st time post here. I joined the forum to let folks know that Palmers Toyota in Mobile, Alabama preformed work on my 2010 Tundra without prior approval. So take it for what it's worth. I would not recommend Palmers Toyota service department to anyone. BTW, the sales team and parts folks have been great.
