i would try to find an installation manual for the alarm, and work in reverse to uninstall it. the usual place for the main alarm control unit is underneath the seat, check for a small box about 5 inches square, 1 inch thick. maybe a small green button on one side. theres a bunch of wires run from this box up into the steering column into the ignition, and some through the firewall into the engine bay. an installation manual would make it really easy to find all these wires for uninstallation.
heres one from a 96/97 4runner, the rs3000's seem to be mostly the same. i doubt ill find it but ill take a look for mine, i have a 98 tacoma and i installed the rs3000, but i dont know if i can find the manual.
