About 2 years ago, i found out the coating on my trd superchargers rotors were chipped and i removed it from my car. It sat and sat and i tried to get rid of it but no one came through on buying it. Recently, i read about a Ford Lightning guy who polished the rotors on his supercharger with success so i just rebuilt it myself. Keep in mind, this isnt recommended by any of the supercharger manufacturers. I stripped the rest of the coating off of the rotors with some paint stripper and high polished them. By the seat of my pants, it feels just as good as it did when i took it off, although this time i have a wideband o2 data logger and i can tune it on the fly.
The faceplate of my wideband controller flew off while it was on my friends 05 zx-10r at 160+ mph, still waiting on a new one.
i guess i was a little too pumped up leaving work one day...
a lot of stuff is missing under the hood, but none of it is missed...
generic 3" stainless exhaust
glok.. how does that exhaust sound.. The only reason I haven't gotten a new exhaust system is that I'm worried it'll sound ricey and loud/tinny. But then again. I don't havea 4 cyl (no offense 2.2 guys)

I like the exhaust's sound but im going to be changing to tips to a turn down style and tucking the muffler higher up. I've always been a fan of single in / dual out mufflers so that was the main reason i picked it. I have some videos coming soon, not much but they capture the sound of the exhaust pretty well.

I'm using the PLX devices R-500, it datalogs, does wideband 02, egt, knock and has programmable inputs/outputs as well. At first, i didnt really like the datalogging software but their recent version 2.1 update was very nice. You can even plug a set of headphones into the unit to listen to your knock sensors. Another thing thats nice is you can daisy chain a second wideband into the system, run one for each bank of cylinders in the stock 02 sensor locations and program the outputs to send a narrowband signal to your ecu to keep it happy.
