I’ve compiled a video out of several old clips (Aug 2005) for the sake of a few folks on Honda-tech. Mainly the folks want to find out what exactly you'd end up with if you pieced high compression, good sized turbo, high redline, and ITB's together in a Honda

It's something that can't be displayed on a dyno graph or at a drag strip. Lag and engine/boost response can't really be "measured", so a video had to be made.
So instead of showing to only the guys on HT.com, I figured I show the video here as well. Should be something TN guys would enjoy
I also have an old video lurking on the web of a GT28RS setup and 11.5:1 CR... It’s looks similar but this video is on a different setup.
My old GT28RS setup is long gone due to a bearing failure with the turbo about a year ago. So I went with a larger GT2871R in hopes to push up to 400WHP, but still with very awesome response and minimal lag. So far so good, and I am pretty satisfied the setup has turned out. The Integra is more of a daily driver, goes through traffic jams and winter… Nowadays, I save up the Camry for the good drives, usually the time also when the Vettes show up

Plus with the recent gas prices, it never hurts to be in a 4-cyl Honda.
Anyway, here are the link to the videos:

Car: 1995 Acura Integra GSR
Vehicle weight: 2420 lbs without driver
Setup as follows on video (Aug 2005):
B18C1 GSR, 1.8L, 81.5mm bore 10.5:1 CR
Forged Internals (Wiseco/Eagles), and Dart block
GT2871R 56 trim comp. w/ 0.86 a/r @ 14 psi
HKS T25 log manifold
3" DP, 3" exhaust w/ Magaflow Muffler, and Car Sound Cat
Jenvey 51mm ITB's w/ custom manifold
2001 ITR cams, set at 0,0
P&P head by Canadian Cyl Heads Tech
RC 750's and Walbro 255 LPH pump
Stock ignition w/ MSD wires and rotor
NGK #9 plugs
AEM EMS, tuned for 94 oct pump gas, by Tony the Tiger of course
Water injection, single stage activated @ 5500RPM and > 7 psi
Clutchmasters Stage III Clutch and 8lb flywheel
USDM ITR transmission with stock FD (4.400)
A lot of parts inherited from my old NA setup.. such as the ITB's, 3" exhaust, the entire valve train and cylinder head, and all the drive train stuff. I had this car since '98, so the number of mods are definitely up there
Ever since the video (Aug 2005), the only changes I made to the Integra was more boost (18 psi only in 4th and 5th gear), MSD Pro Billet distributor and ignition system, and a larger ITB manifold. It puts down 383 WHP and 340 ft-lbs @ 18 psi. So on the video, it's about 320-330 WHP give or take (@ 14 psi)
Feel free to ask questions if any of you would like to know more about my particular setup... I can do some explaining here if anyone's interested
