Nice swap you did. Strange for some reason when I saw that pic, the first thing that caught my attention was the rims.

Didn't get her on da dyno yet, car runs SWEET, my buddy has a 1993 4AGE hatch and his head is also flowed, has bigger billets cams 268 and is running it with a perfect power SMT6 piggy back, making 117Kw and 170Nm @ the flywheel. My car is stronger in third and fourth gear ... surely in that power region, but will check soon ...

long awaited update on my ride
3 years in the making
Well with the old setup above i did a best time of 16.094
car made 108Kw and 145Nm on the dyno I'm currently using as my base and going to get tuned on.
The head was removed, head was improved upon by the engineer, exhaust, intake ports, combustion chamber got modded as well (Squish pad mod).
Got a set of Series 3 4AGE 16V exhaust cams and they were regrind to 264 and 270 degrees. The valves had to be lengthened because of the regrind cams ...

Replaced the stock intank fuel pump with this Walbro pump
Fitted a 0.8mm head gasket to up the compression ... it is +- 10.9:1 currently running on 95 unleaded SA crap fuel ...
270 exhaust and 264 intake graph with verniers adjusted and Perfect Power chip tuned SMT6
Car over fueled and drove real crap in traffic, ended up swopping the cams around (270 intake and 264 exhaust) and it is way smoother driving and feels as strong if not stronger than before!!!
Will look for that dyno sheet later ...
Installed this oil cooler adaptor
with this Hyundai oil cooler (smaller cooler on the left)
Fitted an oil catch tank as well to help th motor breath better ..

current best time with this setup is 15.634 on 400m icerink strip and making 113.5Kw and 163Nm
