Whats in your Armrest? Helped a friend with Audio...
So my friend and I wanted to stick a sub in his car.. stealthy too.
Elemental Desgins 8" and MTX Thunder 282 Amp. Compliments the bose system well.
Some pics..
Enjoy

Haha I've always though of that, but never got around to doing it. Plus I was a bit afraid to cut up anything, but that car is perfect since it has the flip down thing in the center there. Looks nice, good install.

yeah we need to slide the board over a bit, its easy to because all the mouting holes are in a rectangle shapped hole to slide it.
Its in a maxima if you didnt know.

very easy to do.
we removed the whole backseat area... measured, cut a rectangle MDF (3/4) to fit that area. Bolted it in and put the back seat in. lowered the arm rest and drew a circle with a compass. Took out the board, jigsawed it, carpeted, put it back in and mounted it all.
hes using some left over of my raam matting to cover up small holes.
Sounds good, completes the lower frequencies.
