For those of you who don't regularly read the FS forum, I thought I'd give some formal pic whoring for once. So:
Fresh coat of wax on her too.
Going to be sad to see it go, but circumstances change. Unfortunately this means that I have to continue taking the bus come the school year, but (even more) fortunately it frees up space for a Cressida search come spring when I'll have a bit of dough thanks to a paid co-op placement.
Behold, a high mileage, good running GM... who said it wasn't possible?
This SSE won't be very frugal (3.33 final drive ratio), but all the other models are better than you think I'd be using similar amounts of fuel with a 1.0L smaller 5M-GE Cressida... about low-mid 20's mpg combined.
great looking car and still looks amazing after so many years. low milage too. i'm guessing it's in km though.
i don't get the tailights. are they foggy or???

Not the original owner, we picked it up at 275,000km.
340,000km isn't low?! That's north of 211,000 miles. The taillights are composed of two pieces, an outer transparent plastic that's supposed to be permanently attached (laminated) to the inner ribs. As you can see with the busted passenger side, this plastic likes to delaminate from the ribs over time and you get a nasty effect. It's an SSE and 1992-1995 SSE/SSEi thing.
Moisture and such gets in an it can become a real problem... I guess for comparison's sake, you could consider it similar to moisture buildup in the centre "C A M R Y" piece of a Gen3.

the hell are you talking about, the gold makes it all the best It was a no-cost factory option back then, I'm really not a fan of the body-colour wheels, they look like plastic :\
No offence and I'm quite sure it has been a great car for you, but IMHO it looks like a normal piece of Chevy vomit that they have been producing for years. Guess I'm completely biased on the imports. Why shouldn't I be? My countries cars have been nothing better than chit boxes, and headaches for me! Support JAPANESE Cool you are looking for a Cressida though. Would love to find a mint one around here!
