AHHH looks good man. But again, like i told you on the "Teaser post" You should cover the area thats open from the shrould and the reflector is visible. Looks funny. But its still good man. Did you ever plan on a "Corvette" Look? It would be kind of weird though since of your color. You can always experiment. I fucked up 2 headlight pairs doing so, haha.
Hehe, well they're not quite finished yet. In the pic, the headlight isn't sealed, I just put it together for the sake of the pic. I still need to aim the projectors (ballasts, harnesses, and bulbs will be in this week), and then I can finally seal them up and install them on the car.
Louis, yeah, I thought about the Corvette look, but yeah, I decided that since my car is red, it wouldn't look that good... so I went with black. As far as the shrouds, the TSX projectors are fully enclosed and have their own little shroud over the lens... but I needed this shroud to cover up the brackets and stuff in the back. I sanded down the brackets on the inside of the shroud with a dremel, and I'm going to JB weld the shroud on once the projectors are aimed. I'm also going to throw some JB weld on the nuts and bolts so that they don't move, that way I won't have to do any re-aiming ever. Haha. As far as the reflector being visible, its mainly visible in the pic 'cause of the flash. It looks pretty good in person haha.
Allen, not to worry. I'll definitely be pounding Milty when I finish this project.

Glaring blue HID bulbs are NOT classy, and don't make your car look nice, no matter what that kid in the Civic told you.
I like, I like. I'm thinking of putting projectors on my truck now lol everyones doing it. I have access to plenty of Es300 and Bmw projectors...If only I could find a couple pair of Koito housings.
The housing is painted with a special paint and primer that's used on Boeing jets (my dad works for a company that makes parts for F-22s), so it can withstand a hell of a lot of heat.
Basically, I've got a pair of slim Denso-Koito ballasts (the ones that come stock in Lexus models) on the way, a relay/fuse harness so that I don't screw up my stock one, and a set of 4300K OSRAM Xenarc D2S bulbs. If they arrive by the end of the week, you should see installed pics either by the end of the weekend or early next week.
