So here they are, not the ones i would buy in a store, but hey 200 bucks for a set of brand new never mounted rims said they were the ones to get....but wow do i need a drop now....how hard is it to install lowering springs....so let the opinions begin....i can take it
they look pretty good. how many inches are they? and how come your sidewalls look bald? almost like a bicycle tire...
itd def look better with a drop and slightly thicker tires. springs are not too hard to install, maybe a 6 on a 1-10 scale. with the proper tools and general know how of course.
they are 17x7's yeah those are old scortchers that i had layin around....so the tread on the outside is real smooth and the inside is aggressive...but they are a little worn down, not too bad though....
how could i avoid camber wear...kinda a stupid question but i was just wondering
hell yeah i hear ya....as soon as i put them on it was like damnnnnn it needs to go down....so any opinions on how far to drop it....I was thinking like 1.5 maybe 2 but not sure....like you said 200 bucks brand new .....it corners like crazy now....I should have put 45 series tires on but i had these 40's layin around so i saved another 400+ dollars

No you don't. All you have to remove is the side piece of the seat and get in there with a hand ratchet. Bluemeanie and myself have done prob. done about 25 sets of springs and struts. It's hard at 1st but you find little things you can do to shave the time off and not have to remove unessary parts
I can understand the back, but IMO they are the easiest to do, what problems did you have in the front
What size of tires are you running? 205/35/17? They look real thin.
Yeah they are 215/40/17's the only reason i used these tires was because they were FREE...well not free but I had them laying around from some old rims so 200+ Mount and Balance, 20 Lug Nuts comes to a grand total of 285 bucks out the door gotta love it....yes drop coming soon and I will update pics.....
