So yeah - the giant partout of my car is near, basically starting tomorrow parts will be coming off in grand fashion. It was an interesting run with the camry - but an annoying one for a large chunk of the time. The new headgasket and studs did not solve my high pressure cooling system woes - car would probably need a new engine + a whole new paintjob + some TLC here and there to get it where I would like it, and I am just not commited to dropping that much more cash into the machine. I just haven't had a personal fun car to drive in quite a while - and this car has never been right, so I want tol move on. (Have no fear - I have a new project in mind which will be much cleaner and much crazier then cam - we will see what happens though)
Anyways, that said, the other day I walked out to the car where it has been shuffling around the speed-source lot for the past few months - not really driving - not really moving and decided to post some final pictures of the condition. Car is dirty - I can't take it anywhere to give it a bath haha - so enjoy while it last - soon the blue car will be no more...
