So I just had to wax the car today, so I re scheduled some clients and bought me some time to do so. Haven't done so in about a month Zaino does wonders for your paint. Makes your paint just shine, beyond what other waxes do. I love it..here are some pics.
-Here are some pictures of my friend Jon's Ferrari and Audi. By no means are we pro at detailing just like to do it to our own cars. He did his car himself but since has of course been driving them so they have got a little dirty. It was also a little misty this morning so the pics didn't turn out as well but you get the general idea. Enjoy..

395/40/19's Pirrelli PZERO's
Carbon door pieces by Ferrai themselves
Here is his 04 Audi A8. The white doesn't show as much depth as the red paint but it could also maybe because of the mist that was in the air this morning.
GReat...looks good...but for some reason it only shines..no depth to it, i know its hard to get with a silver car but nonetheless a great looking ride. O by the way, looks like you might need to clean up the front fender wells, seem a little dry and dirty back there.
dysk8forlife vbmenu_register("postmenu_1433137", true); I have never owned a car in a city that snows. Does it help the snow run off easier? What does the wax do to the snow? Thanks for the comment.
Webb26 vbmenu_register("postmenu_1433141", true); Yeah it's hard to get that depth in the car. Maybe it was also the angle of my pictures. I did my friends car and it's Red and that thing has DEPTH. I'll post pics, we also did his Audi A8 its white and it did an 'ok' job on that car. I'll post those pics soon, be on the look out! Thanks for the comment again!
dna59 vbmenu_register("postmenu_1433247", true); Thanks I think I might trade them though. I know my friend will appreciate them alot rather then some fool I sell them to. I'm selling the car for an S4. Thanks for your comments.
Yea nay flat or light colored car is hard to get dept in. If you want, you can skip synthetics waxes all together on silver, cuz they seem to make the car shine mroe than pure canauba. Carnauba will give the depth you are looking for, but synthetics will last much longer. Are you doing this all by hand, DA, orbital, or rotarty? What products are you using? Cuz i have a lunar mist 04 cam, and when i first bought it, it seemed like a flat silver. after one detail with da polisher with fine cut polish on a soft pad, and coated with 2 coats of nxt and 2 coats of gold class, my car never looked the same after, i was wowed as other were. Like i said when i first got it the car looked like a flat silver, but after i could actually see the metal flakes, and the lunar mist came out more rather than just like an alpine silver like yours.
I'm doing my car by hand, but did my freind did his Ferrai and Audi with a dual speed buffer (I'll post pics tonight of the finished product). I'm just applying the stages of the Zaino to it but I think i will switch it up. I have a ton of other waxes in my garage, I think this coming Friday I will strip the paint of its waxes and oils and do a 2 coat wax with some Pure Carnuba wax I have (which I bought off a profesional detailier I know) and then do 2 coats of the Gold Class wax.
I heard that after wax its good to go over it all with Quick Detailer (the spray bottle cleaners) to elimante the oils of the wax to cut down on dust build up on the body of the car. I notice that after the 2nd day of wax that my car gets dusty, I can't exactly dust it all of due to the oils of the tire shine shoting onto the body (even though I apply light coats to the tire it still sprays like freakin crazy). I garage my cars but daily drive them and they still get freakin dusty as hell. What are your thoughts on the spray detail after waxes?!
Tight GS VIP!!!!! Are you still selling it?? Also, let me know if you want to have a photoshoot of your car...
Milt
I'm always up for photoshots!!!! Anytime, before I sell it. But I'm sure my next car will be just as worthy. Let me know or messege me your number and what not..
