Here's a few Pic of the Konigs Unknowns I purchase from JMSinMD! There 18x7.5, 45 offset 225/40 Yokohama Avid H4's.
I just returned from visiting the family for the Holidays about a 300 mile trek each way and the wheels and tires performed great! I'm very pleased. Recieved lots of compliments! Opinions welcomed!

id give the teins a shot like on milt's coupe... but if that is too much drop there is always eibach/H&R... allen had dropzones and those actually looked really good on the coupe...
Damn those look great, your car looks alot better, nice purchase......now what did your wife say
LOL Thanks Dana! The wife thinks I'm nuts spending money on the coupe! I had to go fucking shopping at 5 am friday like you...been kissin wife butt, she's calming down alittle now tho!

did you happen to use spacers because of the +45mm offset
Nope! didn't have too...but if the tires had hair on em they'd be rubbin the rear strut!

I dont need to state the obvious any more than it has been said already.
Nice rims
.
What is the average cost of a drop? My mechanic is totally againist it!...said it would screw up the ability to align it correctly, cause excessive tire wear, and be very expensive, labor wise!

most springs from 200- 300
tokicos blues--300-400
install...your mechanic's rates.--mine was about 150?
do it your self and total comes down to 500-600
edit...don't forget an alignment...I haven't done them

nah your mechanic is just lazy an inch drop isnt going to hurt a thing. I took mine to belle tire after lowering for an alignment and they didnt have a problem doing it... it wont hurt the car at all, go for it!
