i know the effects you're using and well if you're trying to obtain a motion shot you're better off selecting out the car (yes its a long and tedious process) and blurring the background + motion blur, then select your rims and do a blur with those. that would simulate a professional rolling shot where the camera man is panning at the same rate as the car is moving.
it all depends on the effect you want to give audiences/yourself.
best way to learn all this is just to look at shots u like online, and try a multitude of ways to get it to look like them. Eventually you'll get it, but you're going to realize that you dont want to do this for every picture you take....haha

On your second set of pics, the first two look like a stationary car with blurred wheels. The third looks perfect, but the fourth isn't convincing because if it was moving at that angle, your rear tires would be smoking. Overall, a big improvement though.
