hey guys, i know this should be in the show and share but i wanted it to go in the gen3 and gen4 thread bc yall are the only guys i know on TN.

if it gets moved to show and share so be it but i just wanted to show some pics of my new car! anyways, i know these pictures are horrible and boring but thats all i could do. it snowed for the first day all year here, so dont think i live in michigan like damon, i live in NC and its typically hot. ill make some better pics probably tomorrow but for now, this is all ive got. maybe ill get in touch with that guy who had the G35 and that really hot girl and get her to take pics with both my cars!

anyways, the s2000 already has a racing clutch master cylinder, short shifter, toda headers, invidia full dual exhuast, crossbrace, strut bar, vented hood, APR carbon fiber mirrors, custom painted black headlights, and an injen cold air intake. i added some 18" vsr wheels on it. i know this is bad to post and say but last night i raced a red evo 8 with my 205lb. friend in the car, im only 140 lbs, but i took him every time and we did 3 races. this car is fun and fast!!

weeeell its no gen 3 camry...very nice

. ive never seen that hood before. what all ya got planned for it?

yea the hood was custom cut by McClure's body shop, and then they backed it with black mesh grille. its really nice and helps the bogging in 1st gear. but im definitely going to add some 4.77 gears, thatll probably be done within two weeks, and then hopefully a Rev-Hard turbo or some nitrous...or both!

turbo, yes. i have a friend who has a ST2000 as he calls it. the thing is a monster but man the lag. once he gets about 6300rpms though its all over. hes only been beaten by a supra(haha) but he also dont race much. hes actually toying with a setup much like the MKIV supra, sequential turbos, to get rid of the lag. well see how that goes.

OH DAMN!!! That thing looks amazing. That's a very unique hood, and I love the rims on it.

Love that car. You should put the stockers back on or get a new set of wheels that would suit it better. Oh and SLAM that bitch!

the hood was cut based on the underside of the hood, heard it was effective tho. clean s2000, nice choice of wheels too, goes well with the car.

thanks guys! and yes youre right, not only does it look good but it really helps to ventilate the engine, thus minimizing the bogging that can occasionaly take place in first...even for the most experienced driver. you have to keep this car revved up, it hates to be under 2 rpms, maybe thats bc it redlines at 9300!! i love the car, it handles amazingly and is just as fast as the camry...even tho the camry has a 125 shot on it. well maybe the camry is a liiiiitle faster.

but i beat an evo 8 last night! that was fun! but yea i like the wheels too, and i think its already low enough. and im not even going to mess with getting a body kit bc i dont want to have to worry about going slow in this car.

i think im done with the exterior, but im definitely doing a lot to the motor very soon! yaaaaaaay
