Get rid of the magnaflow sticker on the trunk.... throw it on a rear panel window, I guess I just don't like Stickers on the body.... But looking clean!!
Nice....are you gonna tint it? Hmmm...correct me if I'm wrong but weren't struts suppose to improve the comfort and not height of a car and that the springs is the component that lowers the car?
ok ya im gonna rid that sticker, its horrible and one of my friends slapped it on there, but now i realized its crap
i would like to tint it eventually but in BC, there are crazy tinting laws which enfore only the rear 3 windows tinted and unless the fronts and windsheild is "factory" tinted (it was bought that way) its real gay but i would like to look int whether the rules have changed cause i see all kinds of cars with full tint
yes shocks only inprove ride confort and stiffness but i got springs to lower the car evenly this time
black drums will do for now but im looking for a V6 model for the rear disc conversion
as for the exhaust, its a straight thru design with a magnaflow muffler, which produces the best deep tone and isnt too loud as any rpm, anyone says its perfect for a car such as mine
the od exhaust was rusted thru and needed to be replaces so i went as little restrictive as possible
hmmm you know i never thought of that, cause they are a little obstructing
i should take them off and see what its like
if the paints not bad or it looks out of place with them off then i wont bother, but losing them could help
i dont know if anyone noticed how the paint is worn off the rocker pannels on both sides of teh car under the doors cause apparently there was lots of gravel on the roads where i got it from and slowly wore it away, but i plan to repaint it black or better yet that dark green if i can find the colour, i mean its a standard toyota green which a dealer may be able to order or else go to a shop and get them mo match as best they can to the body colour

For painting the rocker panels, use "rocker panel rubberized undercoat spray". comes in a spray can like spray paint. It's black, and forms a thick, rubberized finish and stops rust build up. It also lasts longer as rust is WAY harder to penetrate it.
And for the mudflaps, i'm happy you're open minded because I know it will look WAY cleaner without it. I'm crossing my fingers for you that the paint underneath held up over the years.
if the paints rough under the mudflaps then ill just paint straight across from well to well with that underbody paint
but doesnt it leave that real gross looking gritty texture or it is relatively smooth
i notice cars have been repainted down there and its like theres literaly small pebbles and such within the paint hehe
well im exaggerating but i dont want a super rough texture even though no rust or rock chips would ever form
