2WD on the Beach, Hawaii!

My friend wanted to see how far i could go up to the beach, since my truck is lifted w/ better tires.
I Blew My Mind! I got stuck in the begining, total newbie driving on the sand for the first time. Went like 20yrs, STUCK, pulled me out with his chevy. So my other friend, drove my truck, while i was sitting in the passenger! About over a Mile. She handles fine! Some parts she had to go slow, sand was soft. Lucky thing it rain a little, to harden up the sand. She flew threw the sand, pretty fast!

Bad part, is going home and cleaning out the sand! AHH!
Oh ya, i didn't air out my tires either. But i wont be $tupid, going by myself.
Pictures was taken on camera, phone. *idiot* leaving my digital camera home.

1st Picture, is the Course. You can see how far it goes!

Please....air down your tires next time! I do a lot of beach driving and airing down your tires serves multiple purposes. a) It keeps you from getting stuck and b) It keeps washboards from forming in the sand. When you don't air down your tires the hard tires cause a ripple effect in the sand that makes your truck bounce up and down and it ruins beach driving for everyone behind you because they are bouncing around. The beaches in my hometown are so bad that I wont drive in the ruts anymore because the ripples are so bad it can sometimes bottom out my truck on the bumpstops. I was told this by the guys who run the beach so I'm not just talking out my ass about this, these guys know their stuff. Please air down your tires
