Meh I won't say how much I paid cause you'll cry, but you can get them for like $699. But in my defense I didn't do any research on a new unit. Just went to the shop, found out I needed a new one and chose the better or the 2 they had. I'm an impulse buyer

Yes it does play mp3 cd's/dvd's (just tried it.)

Sadly the faceplate isn't removable. Thats one thing that sux about it. It's an all in one double din unit. I've read what people have done about it and most use a faceplate from a stocker and attach it with velcro etc.

I guess it's a standard double din unit. It's like 6 3/4" X 4".

The navi is built into the unit. The only thing that sux is if you want to take full advantage of the navi for like point of interest searchs or revising your route, the east/west coast disc has to be in the unit so that means you can't listen to a cd. If you just create a route and don't change anything it just uses "memory navi" mode allowing you to lisen to cd's. I guess you can just get a multi cd changer to solve this prob though
