sweet man. well ive been on stock shocks and it hasnt been bad but lowered stance with a slightly squishy/bouncy ride sucked and i got tired of it, so i went shocks too. personally id get shocks and do them at the same time.
Fantastic! Your white coupe is going to look great dropped! Congratulations!! But to answer the question..Go ahead and have new struts and mounts installed too! U won't regret it!
Save yourself labor costs and get it done at the same time. Stock struts are meant to work with stock springs. Go with some Tokicos that are meant for lowered rides. If you're going to go half ass don't 'go' at all.
my lame ass finally got paid 2 days ago so now that i got money to spend again, time to buy some struts

i have the exact some springs along with tokico blues... its more tighter handling and ride its very very slightly stiffer then OEM.
I'm not complaining, but I do wish that its more stiffer.
