Got my sliders today from stubbs welding and I'm very happy with them so far.
I cleaned them w/ acetone (according to the instruction), then applied to coats of primer and one coat of paint, the second one will follow shortly.

After second coat would've done a third but didn't have time and this was my first paint job and I'm really happy with how it turned out.

I just need to clean up the areas around the welds and prime/paint them
Had to notch in one spot though on both sides:
I also need to notch the front mud gaurds now after looking at it more closey. Now I just need to get new shocks 163,xxx on the orginals.
Notching little bits off those mud flaps shouldn't take too long. Can't wait to see it when it's done. Are you planning on waxing the Runner after installing the steps and before picture time? I can't imagine how sweet it'll look
