its not really how many laps you can do, but they give you like 20-30 mins per session, so as many laps as you can do during that time.

everyone eles, thanks for the comments again...i'm planning to go once again in late september, so Milt...maybe your car will be ready that time

Factory alignments usually give you a bit of toe in and camber will be +- 0.5* in the front and IIRC, the rear isn't adjustable without getting aftermarket camber bolts.

If you can dial in -1.5* of camber in the front, that will really improve front end grip and as long as toe is still set to 0 or just a smidge of toe in, tire wear will still be good.

If you feel like getting more aggressive you get dial in another half a degree or two.

For the rear, if you get some adjustable bolts, -1.0* of camber is a good starting point depending on how the car feels how.

You'll want to get camber within +-0.1* if possible.

How did it handle? Did it push? Did the rear get loose at all? What tire pressures did you run?

I totally agree with your setup for a super-aggressive setup where you do a lot of racing, but you will get some extra wear on the inside of the fronts with that much neg camber if the car is a daily driver and you aren't constantly slinging the car around corners.

My alignment suggestions are more for the daily driver who occasionally gets a bit aggressive in the corners. Yes, a good setup for amateurs since that's what 99% of us are.

it handled pretty well thru the corners with just slight understeer but was controllable... the rear didnt really get loose, and my tire pressure was around 33-34 before running on the track....then it shot up to around 38-39 when hot/running on the track
