Getting my camera ready for a canyon run.....

Anyway, I bought this suction pod back in march, I could not figure out how to make the camera record while on it (camera would stop recording since it is one of those JVC everio 30gig hard drive cam).

Anywho, my fiance finally stepped in and suggested to record onto a memory card..... Well, it worked....

And here is a little test, inspired by one of SolaraGuy's Exhaust video.

Lastly, this is the first video I have ever edited....... (I just cannot figure out how to record on a lower reso, and upload without distorting it, which I done).

Looks good, and video not bad either. Next time you make one keep the raw version too, I bet that exhaust sounds great.

needs to be higher and you should probably set it up so that you cant see the rear wheels ... jmo

idk what your setup is, so im sure that might limit it some

also, record at high res - edit it down if need be

Yeah, Im just trying out different angles and postions, I got the high reso original but it is like 300MB, lol.

^ i think ive been there along time ago for a solaraguy meet, we ended up eating at that one place where paul and vin were eating shrimp on PCH and i believe you had the solara back then ... that was a rough road tho, where as angeles crest is alot smoother

im guessing this is just a case with a suction cup, not one of the camera arms that connects to the window or trunk?

if so, try putting it right above the wheel ... idk what it will look like, but it might be cool

or on the gas door even - just dont fling it open, haha
