well last i checked in with you guys was a while back and many mod to the 70 nova ago. the tired three-oh-seven is now gone for a modern SBC 355 .030 over 350 vortec heads edlebrok carb and intake Kooks headers some AN lines Holley fuel pump. And a new trans Turbo hydromatic 350 with shift kit no stall how i wanted it. built by TCI. i took it to the track last wensday at turned a 14.46 at 94 miles. shifting at 4300 and leaving off idle. iknow iknow the motor and trans had 400 miles on it and i wanterd to do some shake down runs. then i went on friday and it rained so they only let us run 1/8th mile. i was mostly working on my light and see if i can get into the 1's 60'. the track prep was horrible i spoon bad most of my runs the tires and track could hod the harder launches. i was spinning going into second and getting sideways. i could only muster a 9.45x 1/8th and mad a vavle start to tap. iso i headed home
when i was at the track wensday i saw a guy there with a camry 4cly lowered 17 inch rims and he was next to me. i said to my crew that i remember those days of getting seat time in the camry. i started to talt to him and he said that he was hopng to break into 17 which he did with like a 17.7 or .8 he i said to him that do you know of toyota nation or toyota tuners and he said that he was on them under something like 95 pimpincamry or something with 95 and pimp in it he was from delaware ithink. so if any of you guys know his screen name can you shoot me a pm i would like to talk to him more.
now for some engine swap pics

and the torque converter that cost as much as my camry
let me tell you guys one thing, you can have the loudest, fastest, loudest, newer car, BUT PEOPLE BREAK THEIR NECK TO LOOK AT THIS CAR WHEN THE GROUND IS POUNDING.
everywherer i go i get stoped and talked to, some times it can be annyoing but al least people are still intrested in in old muscle cars.

im think of putting a t56 6 speed in it, but that will wait since i have just spent 1000 on converter anopther 800 on trans and cutting driveshaft, all that will have to beplaced so unless i can get most of my money back its going to be a autmatic for a little bit.
