i can guess that S stands for sport, but what does H stand for?

btw, we need some pics of your car man, i doubt you ever posted them! but otherwise, it's gonna look slick with the coilovers, especially with that spring rate!

I am gonna start off more towards the firm setting, maybe 3/4 towards firm. See how it handles. The rear camber will be set at -1 and the front will be rocking -2 or -3. HARDCORE!!
