I have missed all of you, its been a while since I have posted. I will start all of this thread by saying that I am now the proud co-owner of 3 AW11 MR2s BITCHES!!! Ok this is how it happened. The Mr2 you see below needed some work, as this was one of my friends grandpas 9 Mr2s he has owned in the past 20 years. Well we jumped in to a crazy job....replacing the fuel pump is a bitch...then the alternator was bad too. XD we got that done and now the car is road worthy again. But heres how I cam to being co-owner....anyway we made an agreement with his grandpa that a friend and I would receive the 3 other MR2s he has for fixing his car. (They are either sitting in the woods of just around, but ran when parked) He agreed so me and my lanky friend Paul (wearing the gym shorts in the pics, now own 3 mr2s. We are going to try to get at least 2 of the 3 running again, but dont know how the engines are. 1 will definitely get put together. I will get pics of them tomorrow prob. when I go back down there. Anyway heres out workl pics! Enjoy....sorry for the long gibberish post. Im excited.Q!

If you ever have to remove a gas tank of these cars....just pay someone to do it. I meanits not too bad. but you have to have hands smaller than the Japanese to get the damn lines off.

I've seen the mr2 engine bay and damn I would hate working on those. Everything is soo compact.

The one Im getting has been sitting since 96. Or thats when it was last registered anyway. Its decent, but needs a tailight, etc. Dont know if itll run, but I'm gonna drain the gas/antifreeze tomorrow, and get a battery and try to start her up after some stripping.
