While I was signing paperwork my wife disappeared. When I saw her again she said she "found" her new vehicle and has to have it...a Limited 4Runner We'll see.......

Wow, what a good looking color! So you have dealer plates on it? Here they give you a magnetic dealer plate for the test drive and never put it in like you have done. When you buy, they give you a paper (yes paper, it's a stupid idea) plate that goes in the proper space until you get real ones (unless you are keeping your plates from previous car).

^^^Thanks. They gave me a dealer plate because they didn't have the time to go to the registry on friday (I agreed to terms on Thursday), so I have to roll with it until Wednesday, when I get a chance to go back....out of state dealer plate...I'll probably be pulled over

Yes, it was a no brainer, literally. I cut 4 months off the end of the lease (4 yr to 3 yr)...payments are really close to the same as is the residual value....

Thats my wifes car, its actually a Zephyr. The Zephyr was only made for one year and then in 07 they renamed it the MKZ. She loves that car (it is fully loaded...white leather, alloys, moonroof, THX, hids) but she is ready to dump it for a 4Runner, in fact thats all shes talking about

Fricken sweet Isn't it nice how when the wife's want something, they get the best, but us men get the shafty shaft? Nice to see that the dealership actually worked with you and didn't give you too much run around. If the wife gets this new job she's looking at, hopefully we'll be picking up a Solara Sport (posted about it in the Solara forum). We'll see...

PS: Man the new Tundy looks freakin' sweet!! So that's Radiant Red? Looks like a deep red to me but it surprisingly goes well with the truck Not too flashy which may be more invisible to police, but you never know with that 5.7 haha You may also do a group buy with mhadden (the chrome mirrors conversion) and that should complete the look

PPS: I saw a new 4RUNNER in black at the dealership, and MAN it looks HOT!!!

lol thanks. Its not Radiant Red its Salsa Red Pearl, its much darker/deeper than the Radiant.

Matt I have to wait untilthe wife cools off to buy anything!
