Canada The mazda

Picked this up last weekend. Problem is the kid lost the ownership and bill of sale, so until he gets one from the previous owner I can't do anything with it.

Fun was how on the way home with it the alternator belt snapped, it made it another 30 min or so on just the battery. About 15 min from my house lol, almost but not quite.

Gonna cost me a total of $240 for the car itself, runs really well. WAY WAY WAY BETTER THAN MY COROLLA!

Pretty sure it needs a clutch. Also needs tie rod ends and I think a wheel bearing but even with that I am under 1000 for the cost so over all I did well.

The idea is I drive it until the corolla is fixed, but I have a feeling I might mod it a little as you can turbo it with wrecker parts off an mx6 gt, only thing different between the 2 motors is the pistons as far as I know, and the gt pistons apparently suck.

but anyways here's the pics, I might wax it before I put it on the road since when it's wet the paint looked amazing lol.

The wing could use some paint, Might paint it black :p

The motor - 110 hp with 130 ft/lbs of torque, only think I find impressive on them is how much more torque then hp they produce where 4 bangers are usually the other way around

Another bonus with this car is a deeper trunk and a much bigger backseat than my ae92. Since with the seat all the way back no one can sit behind me in the corolla.

Friend has a turbo one at Autocross. He has the adjustable suspension with R compounds. The car is in H stock, the lowest class and woops my Camry by a good amount. He's also a much better driver than me...

Nice start- you don't come across too many decent 1st gen MX6's anymore. Lots of potential there... best of luck with it

Whoa. A coworker of mine has about the same car. I don't even think his has broke 100K yet. He garages his, so it is in minty condition. There is a bra on it, so there pry are zero rock chips.
