I signed up for the forum immediately after purchasing my 05 Corolla XRS and hope you don’t mind me posting here to get some info. Keep in mind the car is silver with black, chrome-lip wheels (17), and 15% tint.
In addition to the inevitable purchase of the HIDS featured in other posts, I'm looking for black head and tail lamp housings. If you guys could suggest a good manufacturer or sales team to purchase from, it would be much appreciated.
A black polished Injen CAI is on its way. So while I'm on the topic of performance, how can I change the lift to oh, say 6,000-8,500 and, if possible, maintain lift between gears? That is all for performance unless I decide to shop for an exhaust later (suggestions still appreciated).
You may have seen the custom instrument clusters at LEDmod.com. If not, stop reading and GO! I am under the impression they are working on the featured Celica model to be adaptable to a Corolla. Imagine this setup with changing LEDs for lift! There are similar videos on youtube. Search for xrs tach lift or something like that and you eventually come across a video or three with changing clusters for lift. I want it! If you know of a similar setup please provide retailer information.
