*edit* its my monitor. I just looked on someone else's. I see the first pic is too sharp and the others have a hint of blue in them.

I also see the blue, so it's not the monitor.
I think the blue is either the reflection from a pool (if it's lined with blue-tiles), or it might be from the blue dog-tag its wearing.
