man those are some small rims!

glad to know they're so light...i'd go with at least another 2 inches of diameter and sacrifice a few more pounds though.

Too bad I purchase the Hydroedge tire too fast with no modding in mind that is why I purchase 14" tire. otherwise I would gone to at least 16",

But as more mods added that is why I still stick with 14" because it would be a bit idiotic thing to change out my almost brand new tire. And 9.2lb per wheel is like bonus

I downgraded from my 16s to some trd 14s

16s are for the track only...

Ya, they are a bit small but start to grown on me now. I weigh them before installation and turns out to be 9.2 lbs.

Getting behind the wheel on this light rim is more fun to drive now.
A lot more get go accellaration power and corner much easier.

just out of curiosity, did you weigh your old steelies as well? it'd be nice to see how the two weigh compared to each other.

The OEM 14" steel wheel is weight around 14lbs, so it is like close to 5 lbs drop in weight.
And yes, I plan to use some tire shine on the tire

That doesnt look too bad. It kinda grows on you. lol Great color choice too they really offset the car quite nicely. The 5dr yaris looks pretty nice. Reminds me of the honda fit.
