Let me ask you this, what is more easily visible from a distance: a tow hook or a license plate? Exactly. From a distance you can't even see the tow hook, hence I'd rather run that than a big fat white license plate. Different strokes for different folks.

The exhaust is HKS.

The wheels are Work VS-XX - 19x9.5/10.5 +24 all around *15mm spacers are being installed on the front tomorrow
Tires in these pics are Toyo T1R 285/35 & 255/35
