Well, it has been insanely gorgeous out here for the past 4 or 5 days and I am pretty much done for the semester, so i have finally had some time to putz with the car. I got it cleaned up and had some brother do some pics for me.
We got the rear main seal and oil pan gaskets done, so the car finally leaks NO oil, which is a relief. Last thursday night my buddy Mike and I installed the Jim's fuel mod, Walbro fuel pump, and Apexi SAFC2 and dyno tuned the car. Im still running 4 psi, but picked up some power with the tune- putting down 230 whp with a conservative tune. Im pretty happy with that and excited for 5.5 psi.
I wired my wideband gauge and installed that today, as well as retrofitted the Defi Link Controller into the center dash where the clock used to be. im waiting on getting my EGT gauge and then those will all go into the car as well. Black interior will be here the weekend after next, then that fun will begin!

2007 Super White CE 5-spd. Stock 4 Lyfe, well I have new driver side doors and side pillar.. are those mods?
As of March 1, another $2200 body shop bill due to deer attack..
but on topic with your car....I can't wait to see your car in person...looks amazingly clean as awalys I hope you're enjoying your wideband!
as for your numbers....that is with the full jpp setup then?
Projectors would be sick for sure, Im thinking about doing some this summer... probably wont do the fogs though, but possibly.
And yeah, I was kind of disappointed with the numbers as far as JP goes. Granted it was a dynapack dyno before (hub dyno) and a dynajet after (roller), I made 217 whp on 4 psi with a GReddy catback and stock ecu, then made 230 whp with full JP exhaust, SAFC, and fuel pump. However, the fuel was fine before I did the pump, so I would say that those gains (the 13 whp) came from the JP setup primarily. Hub dynos tend to read high anyway, so I guess the gains are somewhat close to what they say on their website.
But yeah as for whats missing, here is what I have left planned for the car:
Definite:
Defi EGT
Black Interior
Sparco 4 pt Harnesses
Apexi WS2 Muffler
Supra Injectors
5.5 psi/tune
So yeah, pretty close to done Hoping to be finished by the end of June or very early July, then just enjoy the car til the snow hits again. thanks for the compliments
very true...the gains seem quite reasonable in that sense for sure.
the only suggestion that I can make at this point is to not do your injectors until you really plan on slapping on that 5.5psi pulley. I just installed my supra injectors when I slapped my rebuilt blower back on, and I'm running pig rich to the point where it's ridiculous. I'm slowly tuning it out, but I'd hate to see what it would do to a car at 4psi if you end up in the same situation as me
