Today was a REALLY nice day so I detailed my mom's gen 3.5 and took a couple of pictures
Anyway, I'm off to a family dinner for July 4th weekend, but I wanted to post some pictures before I left. The gen 3.5 is nothing special since it's completely stock but it's in good shape and the 1MZ still packs a punch . It's due for an oil change so I'll be doing that shortly..just gotta buy some oil.
Happy July 4th weekend everyone!

I can't read kanji and my hiragana/katakana is getting rusty but I see Camry and "fast" in your sig . Nice Camry by the way, I don't really care for beige but what I've realized is.. I like beige cars when they're cleannnn

Thanks for the comment! Beige isn't my favorite color either but I like to keep mine clean too. Are you Japanese? Anywho, I just learned the language so my weakness is the Kanji and some of the Katakana. It basically says the Camry is fast and that I love mountain roads

What island are you on btw?
I like your rims I need to get some on my Camry. I've got expensive Michelin tires on now though so it's going to be a while - I don't want to waste my Pilot Exaltos!
I live in Honolulu (on Oahu) and yes, I'm Japanese. I took two years of Japanese in high school and four semesters in college. I still suck at it - and for having just learned Japanese, you seem to be doing just fine!
Thanks again everyone for the nice comments. I love seeing everyone's cars..we all have Camrys but each one is unique.

Glad you like them. I'd lower the car first, and then get some rims - I'll be visiting Oahu next week and Japan later on in the summer. That'll put my skills to the test haha .

Hmm.. I kind of like the higher stance of my gen 5.5 though. What I really like is the '05-'06 Camry SE V6 with its 17" 'smoked-out' rims! Now that's a sexy car straight from the factory.
Where are you staying on Oahu? If you're staying in the Waikiki area you might see me around - my gf lives nearby. Holler if you see a silver Camry w/ a TN decal speeding by . And have fun in Japan! I'd love to go there one day. What was the electronics district.. Ah, Akihabara (had to Google it!) - that's where I'd be

I think I was misinformed, we're actually going to the Big Island. I've been to all the islands and have been around the Waikiki area on Oahu. Maybe I have seen your car before. But yeah, definitely looking forward to Japan as it's my first time traveling out of the country. Maybe I'll post some pics of the cars I see out there.

Nice. I hope you're staying on the Kona side? Hilo is soooo bo-ring. Take pictures of any Camrys you see down there! Is there a Toyota factory tour? When my cousins went to Japan they toured a Honda factory and took pictures of all the JDM models, it was pretty neat.

Heh, you caught that! Yep. It was $300 installed quite a while back. It's probably the oldest car with reverse sensors but after getting them my mom says she'll always get them installed from here on out on her future cars.
I have them on my gen 5.5 too. I'm tall enough to look back and see over the rear deck of my car but the sensors really really make it faster and safer to maneuver in and out of parking stalls.
