This is what a camry should sound like
lol... i decided just to have a little bit of fun with the cam one day a little while back
unbolted the exhaust at the cat... i liked it but it got annoying after a day and i hated how it sounded like a race car but yet only accelerated like a camry
i like how it revs up but i dont like how it sounds when the revs are coming down

i would have but that would require cutting it off
the cat only had bolts on one side unlike the gen 3 which you could unbolt completely off

If u just want to have the noise one in awhile. Invest on a y-pipe cut off with electric motor. Have it welded between the manifold and the cat and run wire onto your dash. With a click of a button you get free flow exhaust, that's real performance right there. And it's more stealthy that way compare to the ordinary muffler, so less problem from the po-po. I'll do that on my next car for sure

i bought a beater ford ranger for $250 and the exhaust sounds like that.
i'm getting it fixed though, i prefer my cars to sound like they run properly.
but kudos if you like it.
