Well, having had my car for about 4.5 years now, I've gotten a steady set of photo's going!! I just wanted to show some of my cars best moments (as well as some of it's worst moments...) I'll be going in order, from the first pictures I could find of the car. The car is a '95 1MZ-FE sedan, 6M1 dark emerald pearl. As of when I stepped out of it about an hour ago, it had 350,258 KMS, and was purchased brand new by my mom from Fairview Spinelli Toyota in Pointe-Claire, QC. I've had a lot of good times with this car, I've done a lot of traveling with it, and took it from 201,000 kms to it's current mileage in the last 4.5 years Good times!! (And it is my first car, so I have a lot of attachment to it)
My very clean engine bay:
My car sat next to a classic! It was catching the aura
My POS stock frosted headlights are the star of this picture:
My car, 10 days before a major rear end collision nearly took it out:

The car after the BEAUTIFUL work done by Red Holman of Westland, MI:
A night shot of the car
A shot of my head unit and interior:
After a car wash, right before U.S. thanksgiving, also note the es300 rims with my winter tires, 205/65R15 Michelin X-Ice's. The tires cost me a fortune, but worth every penny:
And, as of this morning, right after a hand car wash but a local shop:
Here is a list of what I have modded so far on the car:
-Clarion DXZ375MP, with full ipod capability, Ipod routed to closed din below headunit.
-Pioneer TS-194P 6.5" speakers in the front: Soon to be replaced with Infinity speakers
-Pioneer TS-694P 6"X9" in the rear: Soon to be replaced with Infinity's as well
-New Power Steering pump and Rack and Pinion in November
-DEPO headlights
-4300K HID kit (my old 5000K kit is pictured above)
-New Monroe struts, and all associated harware and plastics, mostly stuck to OEM, and KYB plastics.
-TRD lowering springs will be going in any day now, will add pics when thev'e properly settled
-Full 2 way security system with remote start, glass breakage sensors and trunk solenoid. 1/4-1/3 mile real range depending on conditions, 1/2 mile
claimed range.
The rest is all standard maintenance item Not really worthy of being mentionned. The hood REALLY needs to be repainted soon! Here is my priority list of mods, in this order, as of today:
Thanks for all the positive comments guys!! It's always nice to have people who appreciate a clean 15 year old car whose been around the world nearly 9 times in terms of mileage I'm kinda like the es300 rims myself I need ASG14's front end to match the wheels I'm comsidering getting some 17" rims off of an Avalon for my all season tires, since the ES300 rims are for my winters, the rims I'm refering to are these:
Well, on the plus side, I got my TRD springs installed today. Since I'm to lazy to rewrite all of the info and repaste all of the photo links, I will quote myself from another thread in the Gen 3/4 section. I will post some settled pics next week!
All things were installed today!! It was quite fun. We started at about 2:30 and finished at about 7:30. That included a lunch, some goofing off, some chatting and a couple of bags of chips I still have to bring the car in for an alignment tommorow morning. Before I talk about my first impressions on the ~45 mile drive home, I will post a couple of pics I snapped:
This is a picture of the car on the Monroe struts and stock springs, taken in November:
The springs themselves of course!! BNIB, with all TRD paperwork enclosed, courtesy or Gabe (trd4life);
My poor car is on the life with no tires
The rear suspension after the rear seat was removed and the mount was seperated from the body That big yellow spec is dried mud, right in the wheel area of the body:
Wait... What's a missin' here?!?!?!:
One of the struts, fully assembled with spring and all:
Stock, corroded a** rear spring on the left, brand new TRD on the left, not really all that noticeable difference out here:
Corroded a** stock front spring on the right, TRD spring on the left, here the difference is very noticeable:
What the car looks like after 5 miles of driving:
The rear has settled much more after the long highway drive. I'm surprised the front still is higher than the rear even after the 40 mile drive. I'll let things settle thought This next shot is just for you Ken, kinda bittersweet, but I'm very happy with it:
Well, now, onto my first impression, the car does not squat towards the rear as much as before, it like it's handling very much during takeoff. I'm surprised that diving braking didn't really change as much as the squat did, but I guess that's linked to the same reason as the fact that it didn't settle as low as the rears yet... I'm very happy with the highway handling, it's feels like a different car almost. The springs seem to be a nice blend between confort and stiffness. Not to stiff, but just stiff enough to propulse it into the corner. I made sure to take I-75 to I-96 rather than I-94 straight back on the way home for a freeway with many sharper turns I really like the added control the car has. I took a turn that I would normally not want to take at more that 90 KM/H while feeling stress on the chasis to taking it at 113-114 KM/H before feeling the same amount of stress. I'll drive as much as I can this week to maybe accelerate the settling process. So far I like 'em

nice work, it looks like we got another hot V6 gen3.5 coming along.
the TRD parts are always a mix of performance and comfort, and very very reliable. for daily driving, you can't go wrong with them i guess.
the second hand eibach springs I have in the rear are sooo corrodded that all the paint is flaking off LOL..so be very thankful that you've found some rare TRD springs

Yeah I realize that those TRDs are VERY rare... And the sad part is UPS looked like they were about to lose the shipment for a bit there, cause Gabe shipped them out on the 17th of Febrary, and we didn't see anything updated until after we both harrased UPS one night and they ended up showing up the very next morning I was cursing at UPS monday night saying that they lost the last set of brand new TRD springs in the world for the gen 3/3.5
Yeah my car is slowly moving forward I now finally have the financial stability where i feel confortable enough dishing out money into my car I'm trying to see if Gabe can hook me up with a TRD RSB in the near futur, I think that would be a nice addition to the suspension package!

Thanks Joe On the plus side, the front seems to be settling much more now, which is good. Now I see what ASG14 meant about them being progressive springs! I took a yellow left turn light kinda quickly today, and it was a weird feeling, the more turned the wheel and the weight of the car shifted to one side, the more control I felt I had!!! It's really kind of creepy, but nice at the same timeI'll hold back from posting pics today, even thought couldn't resist and took some anyways The car hasn't *completely* settled yet, so I wanna hold back

Bump, I'll be getting the engine bay and interior professionally detailed on Monday afternoon. Turns out a freshman at my school does detailing for much, much less than autospas (found him on a local forum.) Knowing myself, I'll take and post a lot of pics here
