Video of How to Replace Brakes and Rotors on a 2007 Toyota Camry LE

There is a video available how to change the brake pads and rotors on a 2007 Toyota Camry LE.

The video does not specify torque specs, not only on the caliper bolts, but on the wheel lugs as well - those need to be followed and torqued to proper specifications.

Additionally, when compressing the caliper piston, ASE technicians recommend loosening the bleeder screw and clamping the brake hose near the caliper. This will force fluid through the bleeder screw. If this process is not followed, it is possible that any debris in the caliper could be forced up into the ABS unit, possibly resulting in an ABS warning light. Also, you will need to bleed the brakes after loosening the bleeder screw to flush air from the system.

Tools Used were....
(1) A Jack to raise the vehicle
(2) Jack Stands - never Crawl under a vehicle only supported with a Jack (3) Special socket for the locking lugs
(4) Socket for removing lugs
(5) Safety Glasses
(6) 17MM socket for Front Caliper
(7) Wire to support the caliper when its tied up out of the way
(8) Qty 2 - 8MM bolts with 1.25 thread pitch to remove rotor
(9) New Front and rear Brake Pads
(10) New Rotors or have your old ones turnedare
(11) Brake hardware kit (not necessary if you are using existing hardware)
(12) Brake Cleaner for cleaning the rotor
(13) High Temp Caliper grease
(14) Brake Fluid - May not be needed, but best to have it
(15) C-Clamp for compressing the caliper
(16) small Screwdriver may be needed for help installing pads in the caliper
(17) Medium screwdriver for turning the emergency brake adjusting wheel
(18) 14mm socket for rear caliper removal -
(19) 4-6 inch socket extension
