Very pleased with how it turned out, the tweets were easy to do and came out SO nice.

Also added Type-S 6x9's in the rear as well, didn't bother with pics of them.

It's just plain black grille cloth, should be able to buy it somewhere cheap. Any local car stereo shop will have it, prolly only charge like 5 bucks for a couple pieces of it. The little alpine logos came with the speakers.

Just realized that the camera flash makes my interior look blue . Its grey, the tweeter pods blend very well.

I'm thinking about doing an Alpine upgrade, but the stock system in my '94 LE V6 is fairly nice. Does anyone know how much better, if at all (I dont have a deck), the Alpine speakers would sound?

Not much better unless you change your deck. The factory deck is what is holding you back. I would suggest changing your deck first and keeping the stock speakers for awhile, thats the biggest bang for your buck.

I have just upgraded to a Sony headunit with a 10 disk changer which I installed under the front pasenger seat.
I have also upgraded the speakers in the doors to 6 inch 240 watt 3 way Sony Xplod speakers.

Mmmmmm sounds are going good now, it was fun making the speaker frames to mach the mounting holes in the doors but i got there eventually.
