prnc, you mean the bump in the headlight?

I kept it intentionally. As far as I gather, it's used when you get the headlights aligned. I didn't want to grind it off, so my alternative was to mold the fiberglass over it.

maybe you're seeing something I'm not, but the only 'lump' in the eyelid is intentional to cover the 'nub' underneath it.
