Ah, you must be new to the tire world. Racing brings a whole new light.
Azenis = to me.
My Goodyear F1's held soooooo much better than Azenis ever did.
Then you get into R compounds

are you talking about the rt-615's?? They just came out, i know the rt215's sucked cuz i had them on the civic, but these are a great improvement
No, they all are on the low end. I have run tons of different tires and Azenis just break too easily.
As for the difference, there really isn't a big difference between this gen and last of the tires. They're pretty much the same.
But, if you want some real balls to the walls tires, I have some Goodyear F1's up for sale. Brand new. They were going to go on my Camry but I sold it. 245/35YR17. The good shit

You got the F1s at cost though... when looking for a sticky street tire, for the money, Azenis can't be beat. Although I will say, if you're not gonna have that car on a track, that's a waste of a set of tires. Looks good though

Yeah, but they are huge tires. Much larger than his current set. So of course they cost more. 245/35YR17 is massive amounts of tread. But worth it for the traction they give you
