New 1980 corolla Pictures, + plans

Here are my plans on what to do with it.

and here is what it looks like right now.

I just got this thing home today. It needs paint but it has the original chip free windshield.
It needs seat upholstery pretty badly, but the headliner, dash, carpet and panels are perfect.

I am not sure what happened on the hood, but it is fixable, cause I am going to repaint in the next month.

Th car is rust free, very suprising here on the rusty coast.

Anyways, I am going to run it like it is for a little while and find the parts I need to do this over the next little while.

So what do you guys think?

Weld the rear doors shut, cage it, toss on some skid plates and you have one sweet ass Group 2 Rally car

Looking great. But I'm not sure if I'm liking your rim choice. Stay old-school!

Yeah, I'd go oldschool with the wheels.. something like wattanabe replicas or even a set of Supra rims like the AE86 guys.

CONGRATS on the purchase! the roundlight corollas are the best TEs IMHO. all this car needs is the JDM/EURO metal bumpers, a set of 14x7 Konig Rewinds and ....

this.. old school FOHA lip

*if i were you i'd get this lip from TOYCOOLROLLA at ckub4ag.com coz this is one rare part. here's the link.. http://forums.club4ag.com/topic.asp?TOPIC_ID=117849

Keep the rims stock... just polish them. Or if you get rims def something old-school and no bigger than 14". (Original are what... 13"?)

I like the mesh look, but wanted an updated look to it.
I am just having trouble finding lowering springs for this car.
So, I am not sure what will happen to it next...

yeah a new style rim like that doesn't match the car IMO. I agree you should go with some old school rims
