Scion meet in SoCal (56k warn)

this event is held at Irwindale Speedway, put up by Longo dealership (if you're in SoCal, you might know where it is...) oh, did i tell you guys that this event was free to everyone who drives a Scion? even the drag racing!

someone got lucky by winning the Red Cross donation and he get to race Leslie Durst (first female to drive an all-motor to break 10sec...)
at the starting...


Leslie Durst was driving a tC (right lane) while another guy drives a xA (left lane). unfair advantage...


sorry for the bad pic (again). well, the time was (for xA) 11.something seconds and (for tC) 10.24 seconds on the 1/8th mile...


later, we found out that the tC was running TRD supercharged (again, unfair advantage...)



the xA who lost...


tC who won...



after the show, its time to go out with my family to eat dinner...


oh, i forgot, my best timeslip. this timeslip is my third and final one. the first 2 timeslip, i did more than 1 second r/t. im on the right side, finished 12.143 seconds 1/8 mile...

sorry, i got no more girls pics from the show, although, i got a poster signed by Jeri Lee. i could post that up if you want...

Phi- the VP of Scion was there last night. the only info he gave about it is something special is going to happen to the car (or the engine) next week or something...
