my friend brought his new digital camera along with him, and the link to the pictures is below. unfortunatly he could not get any pictures of us on the harder stuff because he was spotting or i couldn't stop to let him out. i think the pictures came out good. i am the orange/redish 1980 pickup, and his step dad is in the 85 4runner. we also met up with the guys from Peterson's 4wheel and Offroad magazine while they ran the trail at Hungry Valley in CA. i caught a ride on an old flat fender jeep, and we also saw Wayne Static, the lead singer from the band Static-X in his tube chassis bronco. he is the guy with the funky beard.

that looks fun.

i went out to the desert with my friend last year. my friend's bro has a baja bug and it was scary when we are going uphill and didnt get enough speed to go up the hill. so we stalled in the middle of the hill. my friend's bro was trying to not to turn while rolling back or else, we would be rolling down the steep hill sideways. it was fun though...
