I am doing a sr5->gts conversion just like what you did. The thing with mine is that i only intend to swap enough to make the car run/smog (that means no air conditioning, power steering, etc).
So according to this haynes repair manual i have, the emissions control system of a usdm 4age, would be the EGR sys, and EVAP sys? ... and when you say all of the factory wiring you mean all that is necessary for it to run/pass smog? the BAR refs aren't supposed to get on your case about "uninstalled" luxuries like air conditioning and such right?
these haynes repair manuals seem too simplified...
