apexi safc2 tuning

what are safe settings to start with using a apexi safec2 hooking one up this weekend and would like to know a little in advance car is a 2000 toyota solara 3.0 manuel tran. s/c with 6lb pulley fuel mod. if ya know let me know

i would not attempt to do any kind of adjustments on the SAFC2 without a Wide band o2 snesor installed in the vehicle, its literally blind tuning. I would go to a tuning shop, If you dont mind the drive. F1 dyno in Maine is INCREDIBLE and they know the vehicle already. There is also XX tuning in hartford Ct. Install it, but i wouldnt play with any of the charts.

finally some feed back from ya just kiddin glad to hear from ya so anyways im talking about the first time settings ive never used or had one and would like to know what the initial settings after i hook it up and also i thought i didnt need the wide band sensor did you have both before but if i do looks like im gonna have to get that to but till then im gonna need some help setting it up if you dont mind

you dont NEED a wide band, it would only be for self tuning purposes. i would honestly just put it in, you need to change some settings, though i forgot at this point ( ) what they were. but definatly go to the dyno asap.

set it up for HW-13in/out, make sure you get the vehicle settings correct, and you wire it in correctly, and yeah dont play with it too much if you dont have a wideband. take it to a tuning shop.

just leave all the maps at 0 correction, as long as you have Hotwire set for the type, and 13 in/ 13 out, it should work fine, until you can get it tuned, or feel like playing with the fuel yourself...
