How do i take these FU<KERS OFF!!!

how the hell do you get those things off?? i've replaced all my interior lights with red LED's but i couldnt get those friggin things open to replace those lights...... if anybody knows please let me know im going crazy over this , the mismatch in color annoys the hell outta me .....................

Two ideas on how they come off:

1. check for screws behind steering wheel in the general area.

If not then:
2. unscrew horn button and you will be able to unscrew it from the front under the horn cover. Do not unplug the horn cover as it covers the airbag. If in doubt, disconnect battery for 5mins before taking horn cover off.

Question

where is the horn cover screw??.... because i just noticed under the horn cover i see screws that hold them in...... but i cant figure out how to get to em...........and when i unscrew the horn cover do i take the horn cover completely off without unpluging or do i just unscrew and tilt it slightly just to have enough clearence????
