Anyone do HIDs in stock projector headlights or swapped projectors?

I was curious to know if HID works out well in our projector headlights for 2004+. Since it is a projector system, I assume that retrofitting hids in won't blind people, let me know if that is not correct.

the way the HID's will look is the same as the new model audi's,cadillac and some others. since our lights when u look at it is just a circle and not an open lense .theres a few people on solaraguy.org that have them, check out there links

from what i hear the light output wont be as good as the cars that come with stock HID becuase the projecters that come with our cars are different from the cars that come with hid projecters.....meanin its two different types of projecter lenses one for halogen bulbs and one for HID bulbs.............dont get me wrong it can still be done regardless, but you get a glare that you wouldnt believe and to oncoming cars it will look like you have your highbeams on at all times and will blind the sh!t out of them

and the only way to get rid of that is to retrofit an HID projector into your headlight housing which involves baking your headlight to open and then figuring out a way to attach the new projectors in................

so i hear....
